1  The salad bar was OK, but not anything out of the ordinary.
Katie's hamburger was RAW in the middle.
My "filet" had two sections that were joined by fascia.

Klemme's Wagon Wheel.  Where to begin.

My experience here inspired me to start writing comments on this site.  We had come once before, on a Sunday midafternoon, with no problems.  But on Saturday night . . . .

We should have known better that to go in when we saw cars parked out on the street (a highway).  I went through their front parking lot and was lucky enough to find a space in the back parking lot.  The DH wanted to leave right away, but I fought my way through the thick crowd and asked the hostess how much of a wait there would be.  She said ten to fifteen minutes so I took a number and we waited in the lounge.
After at least 45 minutes of trying to keep Katie occupied in the crowded, smoky room, I went back to the hostess and nagged.  That got me a waitress, who took our food orders out in the hall.  Not drink orders.   There was no children's menu, just "smaller portions."  After another five to ten minutes the waitress came back and GAVE US DIRECTIONS TO OUR TABLE.  We were able to pick our table out of the sea of tables in the dining room (several were empty) because ours had a high chair parked at it.  After sitting a while and deciding we were on our own, we vaguely remembered something about a salad bar being included with our meals, so we helped ourselves.  We didn't know if we'd ever be waited on so I snagged a plate for Katie.
It took forever for the waitress to happen by, and we had to ask her twice to bring water.  After another long wait I went back to the salad bar for seconds.  Our food arrived while I was there.  I had to remove a french fry (Katie's) from my chair.  You can kind of see in the picture how much she'd been crying.
When we got in the car we discovered that our clothes reeked of cigarette smoke.  We washed them immediately in a separate load, except for my poor leather jacket, which I am avoiding for a while.
